No more wasting time to fold, stuff, lick and stamp envelopes. Every staff members’ time can be used more productively.

• Statements are printed in two colors on perforated paper.
  

• Each statement has a printed section on the back for patients to include address and insurance changes.
  

• Each statement includes post-net bar-coding for faster delivery.
  

• Free automatic address error correction each time statements are sent. The addresses are compared to the US Postal database for validity of street numbers and names, city names and other data entry errors. It does not verify whether the person actually lives at the address, but instead checks the validity of the address and corrects the numbers and format to ensure proper delivery of each statement.
  

• At 58¢, electronic statements are much cheaper than printed statements. Add your cost for laser printing and supplies, paper, two envelopes, postage and labor. Can you do it yourself for less than 58¢?
  

• Electronic statements can include practice logos in either black or blue print.

   

  Sending Electronic Statements in DataTrac^TM

  Only the Patient Statement type can be sent electronically in DataTrac. The statements are generated by using the same steps to print statements in DataTrac; however, you select the option to send electronically. After the file is generated, you can view the statements in the Statement Viewer (found in the Tools menu). The statements are transmitted via modem to DataBill through a program created by KSB Dental.
  

  Once DataBill receives the statements file, they will:
  

  • Print statement in two colors—blue and black.
    
  • Stuff statement with a security return envelope into a two-window envelope.
    
  • Stamp and mail statement first class within 24 hours of receiving statement.
