Once you have clicked on the download link above, you will see a series of dialog boxes, which you will need to respond to in order to start the remote session.
 When you see this box, click on Run (indicated by the red arrow). This will initiate the program to run from our server. You may also choose to click Save, which will store the program on your Desktop so you can run it from there.
This box is asking if it's really OK to run this file. Click on Run (indicated by the red arrow).
Next your Support rep will give you a session password to enter. Then click OK.
Your rep will then give you a Technician number to enter. Then click OK.
You'll soon see a small window on your screen that inicates your support rep has connected to your PC.
At the completion of the session, you'll see this window that simply indicates all is done and you're ready to go back to work.
